Dawda Mann Welcomes Jordan Glassco to Growing Team of Attorneys

Glassco brings more than 17 years of experience handling commercial real estate matters

Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC, a full-service business law firm providing the expertise of a large firm with the flexibility and care of a boutique operation, announced that Jordan Glassco has joined its growing team of nationally recognized attorneys. Managing Member Ed Dawda made the announcement.

Glassco has more than 17 year of experience handling a variety of commercial real estate matters, including negotiating, drafting and advising clients on purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements (retail, office and telecommunications), major department store operational agreements, development agreements and reciprocal easement agreements. In addition, she has handled business and corporate transactions, as well as effectively identified areas of company risk and opportunity while balancing stakeholder interest. In this role, she will serve as a member of the real estate practice group specializing in commercial real estate and business transactions, development and strategy.

Previously, Glassco worked as in-house counsel to a REIT and served as vice president of real estate for a community bank. She has also represented clients and business stakeholders on a myriad of legal matters, including intellectual property matters, marketing, sponsorship and promotional agreements, management and support of corporate governance and policy matters (including OFAC, SOX and privacy policies), drafting and negotiation of software licensing and other information technology agreements.

In 2014, Glassco was recognized as a “Top Corporate Counsel” by DBusiness magazine. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, where she previously served as Next Generation Committee Chair, and also is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. She graduated cum laude with her juris doctor from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.
