CHADD (Children & Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) Meeting

Meetings will be held at Way Elementary School, Long Lake Road, east of Telegraph, in Bloomfield Hills. We have 2 meetings at the same time in separate rooms:

  1. Parent Support Group- for parents of children and teens with AD/HD
  2.  Adult Support Group- for adults with AD/HD

All GROUPS MEET MONDAY NIGHTS, 7:30 - 9:00 PM.  Registration opens at 7:00 PM

Parent-to-Parent Class (P2P)

Starting tentatively on Monday, Oct. 8, 2012 , 7-9 PM. The other scheduled dates are Oct. 15, 22, & 29; Nov. 12& 19 and Dec. 10. Dr. Fran Parker will be teaching the Parent-to-Parent class for the 8th year based on National CHADD’s renowned Parenting Program. She is the recipient of the Leadership Award 2010 from National CHADD for her contributions on Parenting Tips to the National Parenting program and volume of classes she has successfully taught in the community and online via webinar.  The classes are a series of 7 two-hour classes to educate parents as their child’s greatest resource in navigating proactively.
