Learn how the state is selling the rights under your house and lake for $12 an acre to energy companies making $100 a barrel. Learn how energy companies can take 5 million gallons of water per well from our lake, contaminate it with benzene and diesel fuel and reinject it or store this "produced water" in toxic dumps. This process is not regulated by the Clean Water or Clean Air act (thanks to the Halliburton loophole). This meeting will also include an airing of an award winning documentary. The Energy companies are in the process of a very aggressive and expensive PR effort spreading misinformation and half truths.
