Former Big Brother Star and Local West Bloomfield Hills Mental Health Advocate Take on Mental Health Every Month

Zach Rance of Big Brother 16 fame and Michigan Native Michigan resident, Alexa Randolph, Podcast Host of Staying Strong, are hosts.
January will bring the discussion on Body Image and Mental Health Awareness, The discussion is with such notable voices on the zoom event as:

Zach Rance competed in the 16th season of Big Brother. Zach Rance rose to fame as a guest on American reality show Big Brother 16 where he became a fan favorite. Since leaving the show Rance has featured on several other television shows including CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful – appearing in four episodes, Celebrity Fear Factor alongside co-star Cody Calafiore and the 2015 Reality Television Awards where Rance presented an award. Rance also has a You Now channel where he broadcasts segments about his daily life.

Currently, Rance is a Florida-based real estate agent and recently became a certified mental health facilitator. He frequently does check-ins and gives advice to his followers on his Instagram page. He and Alexa Randolph connected when he was a guest on her podcast, With Love Alexa.
Alexa Randolph authored two books and talks on her podcast about mental health after suffering from a traumatic brain injury caused her to have chronic pain and suffer in silence.Be Forever Strong means that you keep pushing no matter how tough life gets.
