Michigan Merit Exam and ACT Scores to Be Released Today

The Michigan Department of Education will release test scores for the Michigan Merit Exam and the ACT college entrance exams at 10 a.m. today. Check back with Patch.com later today to find out how students fared.

Last year, students throughout the Bloomfield Hills high schools . However, the 2012 tests administered in the spring will be impacted by new state 'cut' scores. 

According to data released by The Michigan Department of Education last November, student averages at Andover, Lahser and the International Academy would fluctuate a bit if new requirements implemented by the state would have been in place for last year's test. The department's “retrospective look” at student performance on the tests across the state in math, reading, science and social science.

Parents should receive individual students' results soon.
