Suspect Used Cloned Credit Cards to Buy Cigarettes: Police
Over a 45-minute period, man allegedly used cloned credit cards from a bank in Canada to buy cigarettes, one carton at a time.

BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, MI – Police in Bloomfield Township are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man they allege recently used multiple cloned credit cards to buy multiple cartons of cigarettes.
In a report, police said the unidentified black male spent about 45 minutes buying cigarettes at a Mobil gas station at 6490 Telegraph about 5 p.m. Feb. 15, one carton at a time, using multiple credit cards that turned out to be cloned cards from a bank in Canada.

The suspect was driving a blue or black Ford, possibly a Focus with a damaged driver-side door that required the driver to reach out the window and open it from the outside.

Also from the blotter, police are investigating the theft tires from a vehicle that was parked on the Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership at 2405 Telegraph Road on March 6.
A customer in the parking lot observed two people removing tires from a vehicle and alerted police, who were unable to locate the suspects.
The case has been turned over to the Investigations Division.
