Ted Efros joins Level One Bank as Mortgage Banker

Level One Bank, a leading community bank in Southeast Michigan, has hired Ted Efros as Mortgage Banker. Efros joins Level One’s growing team of mortgage bankers, enhancing the company’s Consumer Division. The announcement was made by Patrick J. Fehring, President & CEO of Level One Bank.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience, Efros will focus on loan origination for residential real estate purchase and finance transactions from Level One’s Farmington Hills headquarters. In addition, he will be responsible for maintaining and generating new quality business relationships.

Prior to joining Level One, Efros was a Mortgage Banker at a Metro Detroit firm specializing in residential lending, where he originated and closed residential mortgage transactions throughout Michigan.

Efros graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. He serves on the Board of the U-M Alumni Club of Greater Detroit and the Bloomfield Baseball League.

He currently resides in Bloomfield Hills.
