Local writing and marketing specialists, Kathy Wheeler and Lynne Smelser will be holding a seminar for Livingston County residents who have this dream of writing and
successfully selling their books.

About the presenters:

Kathy Wheeler is an author of both non-fiction and fiction books including a novella, Binder Full of Women, which had over 13,000 downloads on Amazon.com in one month. She is a professional writer and has spent hundreds of hours in marketing training.


Lynne Smelser holds a PhD. in English from Michigan State University and is the author of In Our Veins, a novel addressing current day bio-terrorism threats. She has been published in Newsweek Magazine, Education Digest, The Journal of Literacy and Technology and many other
national and local venues.  Her career includes more than 20 years of researching, teaching, and publishing on the
subject of professional writing.
