Over the last 40 years, Work Skills Corporation (WSC) of Brighton, MI has excelled in the areas of employment and training services, home health care, at risk youth, and helping people with barriers to employment. With that, Work Skills is extremely proud to announce that they were recently awarded a CARF International Three Year Accreditation! This is the 12th consecutive CARF Accreditation that WSC has earned; the first being in 1978. The CARF Accreditation decision represents the highest level of endorsement that can be awarded to an organization. Work Skills also has the honor of announcing that they are the 1st organization in the state of Michigan to become accredited for services for Supports with Persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder!
CARF is an independent, nonprofit accrediting body whose mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services. The rigorous and detailed survey to review organizations, like WSC, is done through a consultative accreditation process, which centers on enhancing the lives of the persons served. Work Skills Corporation is proud of this prestigious CARF Accreditation and our continued services and dedication to individuals and their families in the community.
