Brighton's Relay for Life and More This Weekend

1. Relay for Life
- When: May 17 and 18
- Where: Brighton High School track
- What: The 24-hour event that raises money for the American Cancer Society.
2. Brighton Garden Club Plant Sale
- When: Saturday, May 18 at 8 a.m.
- Where: W. Main St. and Hyne St.
- What: This plant and wild flower sale is one of our main fund raising events where you can buy perennials for your yard and get questions answered from our garden club members and Master Gardeners. We will also have compost from Tuthills available, garden gloves, garden sleeves, as well as coupons for monthly floral gifts and car wash tokens.
3. Blue Lantern on Main featuring Kitty Donohoe
- When: Friday, May 17 at 8 p.m.
- Where: CoBACH Center
- What: The featured artist will be National Recording Artist Kitty Donohoe with David Mosher and an up and coming local 'youth' artist. Tickets are at the door only. Cost of the ticket is $10. Sales begin at 6 PM.
4. Rock & Roll Jeopardy
- When: Sunday, May 18 at 5 p.m.
- Where: Hartland Education Support Service Center
- What: A Joyful Noise Music Studio and FIRE have formed a unique partnership with The Fenton Community Orchestra (FCO). FCO was founded in 2010 by three Fenton residents who wished to bring a community orchestra experience for musicians of all ages to the area. Since that time, nearly 100 individuals ages 10 to 85 have participated as musicians with hundreds more experiencing FCO's many FREE concerts.
