to join Holy Spirit Church in welcoming Bishop Emeritus Carl Mengeling this
Saturday, September 7th. He will celebrate the 4:00pm Vigil Mass with a Potluck
Dinner to follow. Bishop Mengeling will then present a slide presentation and
give a talk about his experience at the Second Vatican Council held in October
of 1962.
