The Brighton Garden Club would like to thank all the people who put together the beautiful hanging baskets and kept them watered throughout this summer.
We have also tried to be part of keeping Brighton beautiful with our plantings in the Mill Pond Planters as well as the garden at the Brighton Post Office and next to the old Chamber building, which do fine when they also receive water.
Our club offered to plant mums for fall in the planter boxes if they would receive water, but did not get any response to our request. We apologize for the way they look at this time, but without water they too would not look good so we won't be planting them this year.
