Submit Your Photo to the Brighton Arts and Culture's Photography Contest
Call to Photographers! Submit your photo to the City of Brighton's Story of Us: Outdoor Photography Exhibit by June 23.

The Brighton Arts and Culture Commission is calling all photographers to submit photographs to The Story of Us: Outdoor Photography Exhibit. The exhibit will be on display throughout the summer in Hyne Alley, located in downtown Brighton. The commission is looking for active portraits of Brighton community members that will showcase the community's identity and project a unified story.
The Story of Us is a multifaceted storytelling concept aimed at encouraging and programming artistic expression, educating the public about the art of storytelling, and creating the physical place for artists of all mediums to gather, work, and perform. The Brighton Arts and Culture Commission is leading the effort to tell the stories of the people who make the Brighton community what it is today.
Photographers will need to submit their images with the completed questionnaire by Friday, June 23, 2017. The exhibit is open to all artists 18 years of age or older. Artists may submit up to three original photographs. Photo submissions will be reviewed by the Brighton Arts and Culture Commission and those chosen will be on display in the exhibit.
