Brighton Attorney Nancy Nawrocki Attends Elder Law Master Medicaid Program

Brighton Attorney attends important elder law master medicaid program meeting

BRIGHTON, MICHIGAN - Brighton, Michigan attorney Nancy Nawrocki, founder of the Nawrocki Center for Elder Law, Special Needs & Disability Planning, participated in the Elder Law Master Medicaid Program, sponsored by ElderCounsel. This course was held on August 25 and 26 in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Nawrocki was the only participant from Michigan among 46 expert Elder Law attorneys from around the country.

In this Master Medicaid Program, Ms. Nawrocki learned about significant upcoming changes in Veteran’s Benefits eligibility rules being made by the Veterans Administration. Also presented were strategies for dealing with unanticipated scenarios in Medicaid Planning, techniques for managing complex transfers among trusts, and methods for managing lifetime trust administration.

A large portion of the Course was dedicated to discussing methods of improving the quality and effectiveness of the law practice, in order to provide greater value and satisfaction to clients of the Nawrocki Center.
