Brighton Cover Girls Don Metro You Magazine

Four Brighton sisters and their beautiful mom are cover girls on the Mother’s Day issue of Metro You magazine.

The free publication is written with women in mind. Each issue provides inspiration, professional advice, fashion and beauty, recipes, travel and family matters. Local women are also spotlighted to share their success stories.

Janet Strauch and her daughters, who live in Brighton and own Lolly Ella Jewelry in West Bloomfield, share their story this month.

The Strauch family's journey began in November, 2005 when the talented sisters – Erica, Michelle, Danielle and Pamela – along with their parents Janet and Dan, took a leap of faith and opened an enchanting neighborhood jewelry and accessory boutique in West Bloomfield. The family-owned business was uniquely named after their beloved grandmothers: Lolly (Margaret) Strauch, Eleanore Mansoor and great grandmother Stella Hramiec.

In just five years, the family has built a successful business based on a philosophy of providing fashion forward merchandise that rivals designer pieces, affordable prices, friendly service, a welcoming environment and a commitment to giving back to the community.

Special merchandise has been created and shopping proceeds have been donated to support nonprofit organizations including: Ministrelli Women’s Heart Center at Beaumont Hospital, Light House of Oakland County, Shades of Pink Foundation, and Homeless Angels Foundation.

Their generosity continues in the month of May as they support Abigayle’s Place with partial proceeds from sales of individual Photo Link Charms, created by Link Wachler of LifeLinks.
