Coach's Corner: Lady Bulldogs Varsity Bowling Keeps Rolling to 9-1 Record

The Girls Varsity Bowling team defeated Hartland 21-9, advancing thier overall record to 9-1.

The team is 7-1 in KLAA Conference play and tied for first place in the conference. They are also ranked fifth in the state.

Leading the Bulldogs were Marissa Campbell, scoring 224, and Helen Geddes, scoring 221.

I couldn't be more proud of the team. I have two boys at home, so I'm learning a lot about girls by coaching the team.

The Varsity Boys team lost their match against the Eagles 10-20.

The team is currently 5-5, and 4-4 in KLAA Conference play.

Leading the team were Joe Wanserski, scoring 233, and Dave Neisz, scoring 215.

The team struggled, probably due to final examinations this week.

Both teams will play again Thursday at 3 p.m. at Striking Lanes Bowling in Hartland against Milford.
