Join in the All Body Power Walk, a fun “walking in place workout” that takes place indoors! All fitness
levels can do this work out. Start with a smooth warm up, walk to an energizing beat of music, then
finish with an easy cool down and stretch. You’ll be amazed that you will have walked two miles! No floor
work involved, and all ages are welcome!
Come check out the class preview from 5:30-6:15 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, at BECC Building (125 S. Church St.) in the cafeteria.
