Fit-4-Life Challenge 2013

FIT-4-LIFE 2013 IS FINALLY HERE!!!


What Is the Fit-4-Life Challenge?

The Fit-4-Life Challenge is a 6 week team based fitness competition ran by My Stronger Self Fitness based on weight, inches and body fat lost. Plus, we’ll tally team participation points to make it a little more interesting.

How Much Can I Really Lose?
Last years' winner, Michelle Hamilton, lost 21.6 pounds, 26.5 inches and 7.6% body Fat!!!! All of our teams combined, lost 283 pounds, 307 inches and 85% body fat!!! It was amazing to see the transformations both physically and mentally!

Why Should I Join? 
Studies have shown that when we workout in a group we are 1.) More Motivated; 2.) More Accountable; 3.) Have More Fun! More fun means we’re more likely to stick with it.

When? 
Starts April 18th, ends May 30; Kickoff Meeting is April 18th at 730pm

How Much? 
$69 for Members, $89 Non-Members

- A “Special” weekly exercise class with Lori Murphy exclusively for Fit-4-Life Challengers ONLY every Tuesday at 730pm
- Cool T-shirt to suport your team colors!
- Body Fat %, Measurements and Weight
