Grief Support Workshop

Have you or someone you know lost a loved one in the last two years? Please allow Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran Church in Brighton to help!

A Grief Support Workshop takes place from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, Oct. 29 at Shepherd of the Lakes. This is open to all (consider inviting anyone who would benefit) and the cost is
free.

Topics Include: The Grief Journey, Pitfalls Along the Path, But I’m Not Angry, Overcoming Guilt & Depression, Holidays & Other Special Days, Letting Go – Not Forgetting, and Moving on with Hope.
