Hailing from Boston, MA, Frank Kelly miraculously survived what should have been a lethal dose of electricity. He then found himself blessed with many apostolic gifts.

Come hear his talk and receive a personal moment with Mr Kelly on Sunday, August 5th at 3:00pm.
