Horseback Riding Camp

Horseback Riding Summer Day Camp - It's more then just camp! Our campers get a lesson each morning from a USHJA certified instructor.  The lessons teach horsemanship, safety, riding basics including correct position, balance, steering and use of riding aids to learn how to work at level appropriate gaits.


Campers learn off horse skills in how to care for their horse during their week of camp as well as what activites go into weekly horsecare.  Camp offers games, outdoor and hands on learning opportunites as well as reading and writing skills.  When not riding or in the barn campers may work on art projects, scavenger hunts, team building exercises and much more.  Campers are often able to watch a farrier at work on a horses hoofs or our vet checking out a horses health.


Our instructor is CPR & First Aid certified as well having many years experince working with kids and horses! If your camper want's to have fun this summer and learn how to ride and work with horses safely, JOIN US!! We can't wait to meet you!
