A special Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration & March takes place starting from the Prospect Hill shopping center lot in Milford, 510 Highland Ave., Milford.
Lineup's at 12:15 p.m. and march to Central Park starts at 1 p.m., followed by a program in the park. The theme for the seventh annual celebration is centered on a King quote inscribed on the new MLK Memorial in Washington D.C. that says “out of the mountain of despair, a stone of hope.”
