Support the fight against that "silent killer," ovarian cancer, at a self-defense workshop Saturday, Aug. 6 hosted by Lady of Livingston and presented by Ohana Karate.
A donation of $10 is requested for this event, which is in support of Dietlind Lawrence; the workshop includes one session from 1-2:30 p.m. for those 15 and older and another for parents and kids from 3:30-4:30 p.m.
