Share a fun kidz themed yoga class with your child.
Share the gift of yoga with your child during our Kidz Yoga Class. This class is designed for children ages 3-9.
Soar like an eagle and roar like a lion in kids’ yoga. Children, along with a parent will practice their yoga in a playful, imaginative, and fun environment. This class includes traditional yoga poses, partner poses, yoga games, and family bonding. Please bring a mat or beach towel per person.
