The early-bird registration deadline is Monday, June 3, 2013, for LACASA's "Drive Out Child Abuse" Golf Scramble.
Golfers
participating in LACASA’s fundraising event, set for Friday, June 14,
will have a chance to take on exciting challenges and win great prizes,
including a Rolex watch.
The scramble will be held at Whispering Pines Golf Club in Pinckney.
Teams will
play for a child and be named for that child. All proceeds benefit abused and neglected children from Livingston County.
The golf scramble begins with check-in at 11:30 a.m. and a shotgun start at 1 p.m. A silent auction will run throughout the day.
Golf registration fees are $100 per person and include 18-holes of golf with cart, boxed lunch, goody bag, complimentary beverage tickets, and a Midwest BBQ Awards Dinner.
A variety of competitions will be held at the event including a hole-in-one competition
hosted by HOUR Media's new publication, dbusiness, for a Rolex watch valued at thousands of dollars.
Golfers may enter the Dixon Golf Challenge to test drive the firm’s new high performance, environmentally-friendly recyclable golf ball. Great prizes awarded for challenge takers.
The deadline for early bird golfer registration
