Green Oak Village Place To Bring 13,800-Square-Foot Petco As New Anchor Tenant

Brighton-based Green Oak Village Place, a premier retail and lifestyle destination, announced today the addition of 13,800-square-foot Petco. Sean Valentino, director of retail operations at REDICO, the property manager at Green Oak Village Place, made the announcement.

Located near ULTA and Dressbarn, Petco will be a one-stop-shop for pet parents to get products like food, flea and tick preventatives, beds, cages, collars, accessories, etc. Petco will also offer services, including behavior training, grooming and vaccinations. The Petco staff will be available to offer advice to keep pets physically fit, mentally alert, socially engaged and emotionally happy. The store is slated to open fall 2017.

“Bringing in Petco provides a great opportunity for Green Oak Village Place to serve Livingston County’s pets and their owners,” said Valentino. “We look forward to welcoming this prominent national tenant to the center, and we are confident it will thrive with our current combination of retail and dining tenants.”
