GREEN OAK VILLAGE PLACE TO BRING IN T.J. MAXX AS NEW 23,000-SQUARE-FOOT ANCHOR TENANT
Justice relocating to new 3,000-square-foot location and Buffalo Wild Wings is undergoing renovations
Brighton-based Green Oak Village Place, a premier retail and lifestyle destination, announced today 7,000 square feet will be added to bring in T.J. Maxx as a 23,000-square-foot anchor tenant. Sean Valentino, director of retail operations at REDICO, the property manager at Green Oak Village Place, made the announcement.
Previously occupied by Old Navy, the space will undergo more than $2 million in improvements and updates to completely renovate the interior to resemble the latest T.J. Maxx design. This will be the second T.J. Maxx to open in Livingston County, and the third national retailer to be added to Green Oak Village Place in the past 12 months. The store will be located adjacent to DSW Shoes near Dick’s Sporting Goods and is slated to open this fall.
“This is an exciting time for Green Oak, with several tenants catching ‘Spring Fever’ and undergoing renovations and updates to their facilities,” said Valentino. “We’re excited to grow and introduce prominent tenants to Livingston County and its residents.”
