Mary Beauregard is an Intercultural and Diversity consultant who has designed, devel-oped, and conducted cultural training workshops for almost two decades. She has assist-ed country-specific cultural experts in creating training programs for global business groups, inbound and outbound expatriate employees, and expatriate families. As an in-tercultural facilitator her workshops help audiences discover the benefits of global diver-sity as well as how to creatively manage its challenges. Programs include: Leveraging Our Cultural Differences, Enhancing Intercultural Communication, E-Mail Effectiveness across Cultures, and Cross-Cultural Success in the Global Workplace.
Over the last several years Ms. Beauregard has conducted intercultural programs in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia for General Motors, Ford Motor, Chrysler, Toshiba, Yazaki, Nissan, Carhartt, Lear Corporation, CIGNA, and Cathay Pacific Airlines. She is a guest author for several mobility publications and a keynote speaker to groups on tapping the benefits of a multi-cultural workplace. Her chapter in the recently published book Partnering for Organizational Performance; Collaboration and Culture in the Global Workplace, discusses the role of partnering in cross cultural training for optimum advantage in international business.
