LARRY STAWIARSKI JOINS ENTRY POINT ADVISOR NETWORK AS DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE FOR SIMPLYRIA
SimplyRIA is one of seven distinct, yet closely related brands within the EPAN network

Entry Point Advisor Network (EPAN), a platform built to provide advisors and agents industry leading financial support in their core area of business and enable them to grow by turning practice deficiencies into strengths, announced that Larry Stawiarski has joined the company as the Director of Compliance for SimplyRIA, one of the seven distinct, yet closely related brands within the EPAN network. President of EPAN Ron Briggs made the announcement.
As Director of Compliance, Stawiarski will be responsible for revamping the compliance program to improve the level of support with compliance providers. He will create and execute live compliance educational events for RIAs and will serve as a key executive in providing guidance for the continued growth and expansion of the EPAN network.
Previous to EPAN, Stawiarski served as vice president and senior counsel at Pinnacle Wealth Management, Inc., where he worked closely with individual and business clients. For more than five years, Stawiarski was a partner of two large firms: Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC and McDonald Hopkins LLC. He possesses experience in commercial and business law, mergers and acquisitions, construction law and more. He also previously worked at Foley, Baron & Metzger PLC and Senior Associate at Nemes & Anderson PC, where he began counseling clients through business planning, liquidation and financial restructuring.

Stawiarski is on the board of the MSU Alumni Club of Livingston County and participates in the Federal Bar Association and Cooley Law School Community. He has been published in Business Archery Trade Journal and Federal Bar Association, Side Bar. Stawiarski earned his J.D from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1995 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1990.
