November is Diabetes Awareness Month! To help promote the importance of Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support, River Primary Care (a part of Infinity Primary Care) is starting a FREE education series at the Brighton District Library. This series will be offered every other month (dates will vary, dependent upon library conference room availability) and will focus on the 7 Self-Care behaviors of Diabetes Management.
