Motif Jewelers, the state’s fastest-growing family-owned jewelry retailer, will open its fourth store in downtown Milford on July 5 with a grand opening to follow later in the year. The location at 441 N. Main Street was the home of Milford Jewelers, which closed in June after more than a decade in the quaint Oakland County town.
The new Motif Jewelers location will continue to provide the same outstanding customer service and staff that made Milford Jewelers a friendly, affordable shopping experience. Owners Tamar Aguilar and Jack Chopjian, who are brother and sister, will remain with Motif Jewelers, the Taylor-based company owned by their brother, Toros.
“For years, discerning shoppers have come to rely on Milford Jewelers for attentive, warm, and personalized service, and quality merchandise,” said Eric Chopjian, director of operations for Motif Jewelers. “With the new name comes a refreshed product line and store interior, but the Chopjian family’s “customer first” business model will not, and won’t ever, change.”
One major product introduction that’s sure to excite is the addition of Pandora, the Denmark-based designer, manufacturer, and marketer of wildly-popular hand-finished and modern charms, bracelets, and other jewelry. Other new products will include the bridal collection from Ritani, Forevermark diamonds, Kabana jewelry, and luxury Swiss timepieces from 88 Rue Du Rhone.
