Nawrocki Center to Sponsor Upcoming ‘Laugh Time with Bonnie’ Events
Free fun senior events
Brighton, Michigan – The Nawrocki Center for Elder Law, Special Needs & Disability Planning will be sponsoring five different ‘Laugh Time with Bonnie’ events during the months of September and October 2017. Each of these events are free for those attending.
‘Laugh Time with Bonnie’ is a wonderful opportunity for seniors to be together to enjoy fun, safe, and stimulating low impact wellness activities. Bonnie provides a series of unique and easy to follow stress relieving workouts designed specifically for seniors with a healthy dose of laughter for all.
