Meet at the Bishop Lake parking lot, off Bishop Lake Rd.
You did it! You filed those taxes! Now join the Sierra Club Crossroads Group to celebrate with a five-mile hike through woods and meadows on the Penosha Trail in the Brighton Recreation Area. Wear hiking boots and appropriate warm clothing. Trails may be muddy.
We’ll meet at 1:00 PM at the trailhead near the Bishop Lake parking area off of Cabin Rd. Location is not found on most GPS, so you can use this latitude/longitude: 42.500787, -83.835020 -- Or follow these directions: from the intersection of Bishop Lake Rd and Chilson Rd in Howell, go east on Bishop Lake Rd 1.4 miles. Turn right at Cabin Rd, then another quick right for the Bishop Lake parking lot.
