Pulte Homes to Open New Community in South Lyon

Land development is underway in the newest Pulte Homes community, Orchards of Lyon in South Lyon.

This 249-lot community is in a prime location, close to I-96 and US-23 and just three minutes from retail, entertainment and dining. Kensington Metropark is also less than five minutes away. Two models homes will be featured at the community coming from Pulte Homes’ newest consumer inspired home designs. The community is expected to grand open in February.
