What you do: My firm is involved in recruiting, primarily for automotive manufacturing firms.

Mission statement: Our mission is simply to be the very best at “finding people who make a difference.” Through intimate client and market knowledge, relationships, integrity, communications, follow-through, process, discipline, determination, hard work, teamwork and focus, we outperform other recruiting organizations in the marketplace. From this foundation, with a relentless, unsatisfied quest for continuous improvement, we achieve our team and individual financial and growth objectives,  year over year.

Key to success: Put people first and stay true to our values.

A favorite book and why: The Power of Intention by Dr. Wayne Dyer.  This book helps me to recognize that we are all part of something much bigger and that all is good.
