Thursday is Free Slurpee Day at 7-Eleven

For the first time, 7-Eleven is giving away a free small Slurpee Thursday to celebrate the convenient store's 86th birthday.

This is the first year 7-Eleven is offering a free small Slurpee instead of the free 7.11 once Slurpee offered in previous years.

Patrons can pick up their freebie from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. while supplies last.

Brighton residents can visit any two 7-Eleven locations at 11501 Grand River Rd and 9290 Lee Rd.
