Timothy Busfield enlightens BHS students

On Monday, May 16th, actor Timothy Busfield came to Brighton High School and talked to students. He performed a guest lecture for Todd Day’s Creative Writing class as well as Jaclyn Burr’s World Literature class. Having recently watched Field of Dreams in Day's class, one of its stars was able to share a behind the scene insight. This was his second time this year coming to BHS and giving advice to students about how to be successful in the film industry as well as sharing the art of writing. He gave good insight on how to write a quality screenplay and become a successful actor. He also talked about what it takes to be a part of the industry. Busfield said he plans on coming again next year and talking to the Drama class to help guide them onto the path of becoming a well-rounded actor/actress.
