
Beginning on Thursday, February 19th, this class is designed for students ages 10-15 to give them tools that will help them manage the stressors of school, friends and life. In this class they will focus on:
• Theme – a weekly lesson that will be weaved into the class and the asanas.
• Asanas – postures like Crescent lunges, warriors, half-moon, wild things, wheel, crow, tree and many more fun poses.
• Pranayama – breath work to calm the mind
• Intention – something positive to bring to your attention and focus
• Free time – time to work on their pose of choice
