Yoga for Depression Workshop - Yoga Center for Healthy Living

Uplift your mood with simple breath work and yoga postures.

Do you or does someone you know suffer from depression, SAD, or the winter blues? Have the shortened daylight hours lowered your energy? Do you dread the post-holiday letdown?

Yoga can provide helpful techniques, including specific asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help combat the effects of depressive disorders. You will leave this workshop with practical and easy tools that you can integrate into your daily routine.
