Join us Friday, 6:30pm for YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is sometimes referred to as “yogic sleep”. It is actually an ancient mediation technique that can help improve the health of the body and the mind.
During this hour long guided meditation, the deeper layers of the subconscious mind are revealed and the release of physical and emotional tension can take place. This 60 minute class is done on the back with little to no movement. Just 1 hour of yoga nidra is equal to 4 hours of restorative sleep.
