• Sylvan Twp: Notice of Adoption of Ordinance 26-004 (thesuntimesnews.com) — Sylvan Township has adopted a new waterways ordinance that limits how many households can use a single waterfront access point, aiming to reduce crowding and protect lakes and rivers. Chelsea-area residents who use township lakes or own waterfront or shared-access property should review the full rules, available at the township offices on Old US-12 in Chelsea and on the township website.
