The hectic, busy lives we lead require us to be highly organized. Becoming aware of unhealthy patterns is key.  What’s more important is taking the time and effort to create healthy habits in order to keep track of busy schedules; manage the household; maintain relationships; and maintain healthy diet and exercise regimens.  Throw in a medical problem, or caring for aging parents, into the mix, and things get really interesting.
