Chelsea Bulldogs Lose 27-0 Against East Lansing

The Chelsea varsity football team is now 0-2 for the 2012 season following Thursday's loss.

The Chelsea Bulldogs continued their season with a 27-0 loss to East Lansing on Thursday.

The Bulldogs (0-2) were able to muster 127 yards of total offense, while the Trojans (2-1) recorded 305 yards for the team’s second win of the season, according to Chelsea Update.

The Trojans scored first on a 34-yard pass from quarterback Jake Pendred to Javon Haine with 5:06 left in the first quarter.

In the third quarter, Arman Mughal scored on a 1-yard run, which capped an 80-yard drive. In the fourth quarter, East Lansing added another 14 points for the win.
