Chelsea Community Hospital Named in 'Top 100' by Becker’s Hospital Review

The hospital was recognized for its quality of care and patient satisfaction in 2012.

Chelsea Community Hospital been named a "Top 100"community hospital by Becker's Hospital Review.

The list, published in June, was based on information, rankings, and recognitions from iVantage Health Analytics, Thomson Reuters, American Nurses Credentialing Center, and HealthGrades, a leading health care ratings company.

For the past three years, the hospital received an Outstanding Patient Experience Award from HealthGrades. In March, the hospital broke ground on a two-story addition, which will add 54 new beds, a new emergency room, X-ray and imaging areas, outpatient rehab and therapy, a new front entrance and a new lobby to the hospital.
