Chelsea Doctor Arrested for Operating Illegal Drug Ring
Dr. Anthony Choe was arrested and charged last week with conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone.

Chelsea doctor Anthony Choe has been charged with conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone following his arrest last week, according to the Williamson Daily News.
Choe's office and the FBI on Sept. 5.
The Williamson Daily News reports that police believe Choe, along with patients Clarence D. Bentley and Kelly Bentley, of Albion, have delivered thousands of Oxycodone pills to dealers in Pike County, KY. for the past two years.

"Dr. Choe was the primary point of distribution for these pills,” Dan Smoot, vice president of law enforcement for Operation UNITE told the newspaper. “He would write prescriptions for large quantities of Oxycodone. After being filled, the pills were brought to Pike County where they ultimately made their way to the users."
Calls to Choe's office in Chelsea were not returned on Monday.
