Cell Phones Stolen from Chelsea Resident

The following information was supplied by the Chelsea Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Chelsea Police responded to a complaint of larceny near the 300 block of North Main Street on Aug. 14. According to police reports, the victim reported that three cell phones were taken from the property after being delivered sometime between June 11 and July 5. The phones were unable to be located. The incident remains under investigation.

Larceny from a Vehicle

The Chelsea Police Department responded to a larceny complaint near the 700 block of South Main Street on Aug. 19. This incident remains open pending further investigation, and no further details are available at this time.

Road Rage

Chelsea Police responded to a complaint of road rage near the intersection of Old US-12 and South Main Street in Chelsea on Aug. 13. According to police reports, the victim stated that she was traveling eastbound on Old US-12 and was cut off by another driver when she attempted to enter the turn lane. An argument ensued and the suspect eventually followed the victim into a parking lot. The incident is under investigation. No further information is available.
