Early Stage/Mild Memory Loss Social Meet-Ups

Join us at a social event with others experience early-stage Alzheimer's or mild memory loss | April 13th & April 20th

The Alzheimer's Association Early-Stage Social Engagement Program offers a fun and comfortable way for people in the early stage of the disease to get out, get active, and get connected with like individuals through a variety of community-based activities and social events.

There are two upcoming social events in Chelsea this month.

Meet Up for Coffee/Lunch
Where: Silver Maples, 100 Silver Maples Dr.
When: Wednesday, April 13, 2016
11:00am - 12:00pm (Discussion group topics with activites for early stage participants)
12:00pm - 1:00pm (Lunch with participants and caregivers)

Spring Potluck
Where: Chelsea Retirement Community, Crippen Building, 805 W. Middle St.
When: Wednesday, April 20, 2016; 11:30am-1:30pm
