Healthy Snack

Here is a great healthy snack to try!

Spicy chickpea "popcorn"
On a rimmed baking sheet, toss 15oz can chickpeas (rinsed) with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown and crisp for about 40-45 minutes.
