Police Investigate Home Burglary in Chelsea

Chelsea Police are investigating a burglary that occurred at a residence in the 800 block of Moore Drive on Nov. 10.
According to police reports, the homeowner contacted police after returning home and noticing damage to her front door.
The resident said she left her residence for work around 8 a.m. and observed some pumpkins in her driveway that had been smashed. When she returned home at 8 p.m., she discovered that her front door to her residence had been broken and it appeared that entry was made into the residence.

Officers inspected the property and determined that no items were missing. The case is closed, pending further information.
