Leon & Lulu will host a monthly series of Design Nightevents for everyone interested in learning about tips and trends from local and national design experts, interior designers, stylists, business owners and more. The events are free-of-charge and will be held at Leon & Lulu from 6-8 p.m. the third Thursday of each month.
“We’ve long dreamt of hosting a regular Design Night atLeon & Lulu, and we are thrilled to bring these events to life,” says Mary Liz Curtin, co-owner of Leon & Lulu. “We’ll cover topics our customers often ask us about and some they haven’t yet considered,” explains Curtin.
Leon & Lulu's March event is called Design from the Ground Up, which is from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 21. Guests will learn how to freshen up their homes with the latest collection of rugs from Surya. Harper Whinery from Surya will explain how to choose the right rug for your needs and give you tips on size, fiber content and color for every room in the home. Patrons will also learn emergency spot cleaning and maintenance techniques from the rug care professionals at Stephenson Carpet Cleaning. Design Night will, of course, feature snacks and refreshments.
